Adopt a Resolution: 1) authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to City Agreement 2019-1015 with UNICO Engineering for construction management services including resident engineer, inspection, public outreach, and material testing services for the 3rd Street Sewer Relief Project, for an amount not-to-exceed $727,776, bringing the agreement's total not-to-exceed amount to $2,483,366 and extending services to January 1, 2022; and 2) approving a budget transfer of $727,776 from the Sewer Development Fee Fund (Fund 6002) available fund balance to the 3rd Street Sewer Relief Project (X14010000, Fund 6002).

Issue Detail: Staff recommends Council approve Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with UNICO Engineering, for construction management (CM) services including resident engineer, inspection, public outreach, and material testing services for the 3rd Street Sewer Relief Project.

Initially, the City of Sacramento (City) estimated 220 working days for construction of the 3rd Street Sewer Relief Project, however, when the final design was completed, it was determined that there were not enough working days in the construction contract.
