Issue Detail: On August 9, 2018, the City Council adopted Resolution 2018-0327 approving an Educational Institution Parking Permit ("EIPP") pilot program to allow employees of qualified schools to park with an exemption to posted time restrictions on the street. The EIPP program was initially established at William Land Elementary School and St. Francis High School, but later amended by Resolution 2018-01417 to add St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School.
